A Commentary on the Letter of Imām Muḥammad bin ʿAbd al-Wahhāb to the People of al-Qasim

by Shaykh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah al-Raajihi

About The Book

From the book:

This is the creed written by Imām al-Mujaddid, Shaykh Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Wahhāb—may Allāh sanctify his soul, elevate his rank, and gather us and you with him, alongside the prophets, messengers, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous—indeed, He is the One who grants that and is fully capable of it. He wrote this creed for the people of al-Qaṣīm upon their request to clarify his creed while he was preoccupied. Thus, he composed a concise creed reflecting the beliefs of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jamāʿah, in which he outlined the six fundamental principles: belief in Allāh, His angels, His books, His messengers, the Last Day, and predestination—both its good and its evil. This constitutes complete faith.

Our commentary on this treatise aims to provide a detailed explanation, precise clarification of its intended meanings, and a closer approach to benefiting from it.
