For anyone who has ever felt lost, broken, overwhelmed, addicted, disconnected, stuck, numb, or unsure how to come back to themselves - this book is for you.

Bringing the Lost Parts of Me Home is a guide for the part of you that remembers there is more to life than surviving. The part of you that knows there is something true and whole and strong inside you - even if you haven’t felt it in a long time. Even if you haven't felt it - ever.

This book is not theory.
It is lived experience, bone-deep healing, and a path walked step by step.

Kathryn shares her story not as someone who has avoided pain, but as someone who has sat with it, walked through it, and learned how to come home to herself again. Along the way, she offers practices, reflections, and a gentle structure for your own return - what she calls the SHIFT™ protocol: Safety. Honesty. Initiation. Feeling. Transmutation.

These five stages help you name what hurts and why it matters, understand the patterns and wounds shaped by your past, learn how to feel without collapsing or shutting down, release what no longer belongs, and come back into your life with more strength, clarity, and self-trust.

This book does not rush your healing.
It does not tell you who to be.
It does not demand that you “get over it.”
Instead, it offers permission to feel, language for what has been unspeakable, companionship on a lonely road, and a way back into your body and your life.

This book will meet you in the burnout you can’t explain, the grief you never fully named, the shame you’ve held in silence, the anger you were told was too much, and the longing that wakes you in the night.

And it will help you remember:
You are not broken.
You are not too late.
You are not beyond repair.
You are not lost.
You are returning.

This is your homecoming.

Welcome to the part where your healing becomes strength.
Where your story becomes your belonging.
Where you remember yourself again.

Welcome home.

“Having felt the deep pain of not knowing my true self, I highly recommend the book Bringing The Lost Parts of me Home by Kathryn Sforcina. This is not just a book, but an invitation to enter a journey of profound and deep healing. With every page, there was a slow peeling back of layers, revealing my soul. It challenged me to meet myself where I am and know that I can do the work. With Kathryn’s wisdom and guidance I have come to a place of acceptance, and ultimately a lot of peace.”

“Finding my way home has become the signature of this season of my life - and it was Kathryn Sforcina's words that lit the path. Through her book, I was invited into a space where my soul could breathe again -where sovereignty, truth, and sacred remembrance felt not only possible, but inevitable. Each page resonates with a frequency that dissolves illusion and invites wholeness. Kat doesn't just write; she transmits. Her energy disperses through the words like medicine - delivering wisdom, humility, compassion, and the fierce love of someone who has walked through fire and returned with her voice intact. This book did not just speak to me - it awakened me. It moved through my being like music, activating the lost parts of myself I didn’t know I was still searching for. It met me exactly where I was, and yet somehow elevated me to where I needed to go. Bringing the Lost Parts of Me Home is not just a book. It is a living initiation. A soul mirror. A permission slip to rise. After reading it, I no longer wonder who I am. I remember. And I am finally walking the path home - on purpose, in power, and with gratitude.”

“The Short Version… I’m reading this book with a great sense of reverence. Buy it. Don't think about it. Buy it now. You'll release, accept and rearrange the inner architecture of your being and rebuild. It’s an incredible body of trauma-informed work. And you will be the main character. It’ll be an epic story. The Long Version… Sensitively encyclopaedic in its intricate unwinding of human pain, this book offers universally understandable, introspective tools that are carving a path (for 50 year old me) toward inner peace/ inner knowing / inner acceptance. If you have read half a dozen self-help books, utilised various and numerous therapies and find yourself sliding or plateauing, this book is for you. I’m in awe someone has taken the time- Herculean effort- to unravel the intricate, interwoven, codependent complications of human suffering; to shine light on paradoxes; to show nuanced understanding; to draw from lived experience and decades of case work; to excavate (so generously and thoroughly) and then to meticulously record, and birth this book. It is truly extraordinary. There are a multitude of practices, somatic, cognitive and spiritual tools, not just journal prompts (there are those too, though they are more “soul thresholds”), calming, clarifying, transforming and elevating every layer of human existence. There’s no one on this Earth who wouldn’t benefit from reading this deeply active healing book. Highly relatable, you easily see yourself on the pages, and it makes complete, and utter, sense. We are made of physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual layers; thus, the process of healing will touch on all these human systems. It’s why we can’t rely solely on meditation, somatic exercises, psychedelic retreats and psychologists alone. I have never read more than 10 pages of an ebook before it gets relegated to the digital shelf of dust. In this case, there’s no physical book I’ve read, where the word, reverence, comes to mind as frequently. Digest it in whatever way fits you, pick and choose a chapter a month, a year if it pleases you. I'm being pragmatic, reading, highlighting, taking notes, following the SHIFT protocols and practices, doing the somatic and reflection exercises- then repeat. I can’t tell you what I would have given to have had this wisdom, the tools and these protocols in my hands in my twenties. I'm here now, and I'm so incredibly grateful. I’ve read many self-help books over the years, each have their merits, ah ha moments, changes in perception, takeaways and magnificent quotes. But this is altogether on another level. A book for healing all wound types across all our human layers, where no stone is left unturned. Following the book's 5 SHIFT protocols illuminates a clear path of personal transformation. It's a map, mentor and mirror. Not without its plot twists and turns, climaxes and anti-climaxes, hero’s (ourselves) and antagonists (also ourselves). It's an epic story in the making.”
