Over the past 30 years, I have saved many articles I have written for my monthly club journals, media information and handouts, information that has helped many understand the better points related to Health and Fitness and more. As part of this book, I felt it necessary to share this information with you.
By doing so allowing you to build some extra knowledge on the many points I have accumulated over that time. Here I have inserted my collection of writings on many things. Information will help and give you a better understanding of pathways outside the Gym.
What is important as a person looking to move forward is to also have a primary understanding of many things within the Health and Fitness world. Without this, your skill will only be as good as the information you contain.
Many have tried to be their best with little knowledge, but only a handful of these people ever make it to second-based. Knowing and learning are as important as doing and achieving. Enjoy the reading and remember, by taking in the information provided for free, you can go one step further if you choose to research or take on classes in the study areas you would like to learn more about. Don’t be left behind.
Ensure you remain up to date in this amazing industry by keeping up to date with trends and adapting and making changes to your skill set, which will grow along a pathway to many options in your training. To function effectively in this rapidly changing world of exercise technology, you need to learn new things to remain connected to what you are doing or planning to do.
Lifelong learning will help you adapt to unexpected changes, for example, losing your job and having to depend on new skills to find work. By continuing to learn, you’ll more easily step out of your comfort zone and take on new job opportunities.
When you’re learning, you’ll keep improving and growing in your training routines, weight loss or general fitness and health and start to see incredible benefits. The chances are that you’ll change your training multiple times throughout your life, and you will need to learn new skills to adapt accordingly.
Learning new things gives us a feeling of accomplishment, trust and above all, divides us from those who think but never do, which in turn will boost our confidence in our capabilities as you journey along that amazing training cycle. Also, you’ll feel more ready to take on challenges and explore new ones, such as “beyond Your Limits”
Acquiring new skills will unveil new opportunities and help you find innovative solutions to training problems and outcomes that may be holding you back.
Continuous learning opens your mind and changes your attitude by building on what you already know, parting the difference between winning and failure.
The more you learn, the better you’ll see more sides of the same situation. In doing so, you will be able to tackle questions and thoughts clearly, helping you understand more truly the reasons you started.
Overview:
I have and today still love to learn, learning is my process of gaining new skills, knowledge, understanding, and values of so many things. This is something you can do by yourself, although it’s generally made easier by sharing with others. Remember, the process of helping someone or a group of others to learn is a multi-skilled process and a tool from which you learn even more.
“Beyond Your Limits” is so much more than just a training program; it’s a collective world I have lived and trained in. This is your chance to gain so much from what I have provided, and believe me when I say this, if you take the time to read the information, you will look back one day and say thank you, DAZ.
As animals, creatures of the oceans and rivers and the many trillions of rodents and insects on this planet, you are special and gifted in many ways. It just takes a moment to think about your possibilities, what you want and how to achieve them, like all things – “YOU NEED TO LEARN’

Hello, my name is Daryl Te’Nadii or more commonly known as DAZ. I am the proud author of “The Orphaned Soldier” my personal autobiography. Today I spend many hours writing short stories.
As a new author to the world, I am proud to introduce my writings. “The Orphaned Soldier”, a true story of a child abandoned at birth and placed into the care of the church. His life under the banner of the church would face many hardships, years of sexual abuse and the unknown depths of pain no child should ever have to face. In his words, he writes, “tears run down my face as I knelt beside my bed, clasping my 6-year-old hands together, trembling in fear they wouldn’t come to get me”. The assaults would lead him to attempt suicide at the age of nine and again at the age of 14. Being reunited with his biological mother only led to more abuse and pain as he soon became a victim of abandonment for a second time at the age of 14-years. Living on the streets, he would survive through the will to live. Sleeping on the streets, eating from garbage bins, finding any clothing he could to stay warm, he would survive months of hurt and pain that would destroy the very souls of most people. His passion for life would see him join the armed forces, where he became a role model, teacher to many. His days over this time would see his character flow throughout the lands as he gifted his strengths and skills to many. Today, he shares his life as a man who has the right to live. Joined to his life are his wife and children, where love, trust, and loyalty bound the pride of his name. His Motto in life… I AM DAZ AND THIS IS WHAT I DO” This was my life, I am "The Orphaned Soldier". From this, I have written 12 more short stories, presented as a series of three. Each series contains four stories for the reader. They have been named “Tavel Stories”. Allowing the reader to venture into various stories to fill the time during travel, be it by train, plane, boat, or car. There is a mix of romance, dramatic moments, suspense and thrilling stories to catch the reader’s attention. You will also find within my library my personal life’s journey as a Sports Coach and Exercise Master. My Encyclopedia on Health and Fitness, series one, two and three will open the pathway for you so much more than just exercise. My writing will teach and lead you into an amazing world of Health and Fitness. Containing over 10 years of set platform exercise programs, you will be captured by the depth and scope within. Book Synopsis – The Orphaned Soldier
“Tears ran down my face as I knelt beside my bed, clasping my 6-year-old hands together, trembling in fear- praying they wouldn’t come to get me.”
In Australia, they called it the “Stolen Generation”, referring to the forced removal of Indigenous children from their families. In New Zealand, we were known as the “Lost and Unwanted Generation”.
We were orphans, unwanted by our families and left in the hands of The Salvation Army.
The Orphaned Soldier has been reviewed by producers around the world who believe this story has the potential to be developed into a movie.
The book was written by Author, Daryl Te’Nadii (aka) DAZ, a Sunshine Coast Local in Queensland, Australia.
