A Civil Air for America CHARLIE KIRK Memorial Edition

Rules of Civility in Washington Penmanship

A CIvil Air for America Rules of Civility in Washington Penmanship CHARLIE KIRK MEMORIAL EDITION is a version "Second to None" in that it provides both "illustrations" - images of young George Washington's precise penmanship, beside pages with transcription in italic for those not quite currently capable of reading cursive. Yet more, this is the "most analytical" version ever of Washington's Rules. In keeping with the vision of Medal of Honor winner BGEN William Hale Wilbur, USA (ret.), the 110 Rules of Civility have been divided into 7 categories. In addition, some readers find "old English" quaint or even funny to hear, so this version has slight rewording to update, yet remain as much the same as possible, in part to show how much the English language is stable over the centuries. However in the era of 145 character messages rather than pages of thoughtful prose, a "Headline", 'tweet", or "Soundbite" version of each of the 110 Rules of Civility has been added, so folks can easily send a GW Civility Rules "Tweet". In so doing, maybe, just maybe, We the People, will after the tragic assassination of a Good and Decent Man, Charlie Kirk, recover "A Civil Air for America" !

"Appeal to Heaven"

Liberty Tree - First Navy Flag

The first dozen pages or so provide the "scholarship" or research that establishes this True Tree, True Motto design for the First Navy Flag, also known at the Liberty Tree Flag with the inspired motto "Appeal to Heaven", and why the commercial take-offs are wrong in the FACTS of HISTORY in both the shape of the Liberty Tree, that research shows the ONLY surviving "Tree" flag from the Revolution, the Southhold Flag found in an auction near Port Washington, Long Island, New York, has a triangle or Trinity shape tree. The True Motto that many say is taken from John Locke's "Second Treatise" is nowhere found the words "An Appeal to Heaven". The letter from Colonel Joseph Reed, the Aide de Camp to Commander in Chief of all Continental Forces (Army AND Navy) George Washington, describes the design of the First Navy Flag, and gives as the motto, "Appeal to Heaven", with NO "AN" included. AN APPEAL suggests one person, or one time, whereas "Appeal to Heaven" is a continuing collective command from the Commander in Chief George Washington! (This is a revision within 24 hours to include letters about the Appeal to Heaven Liberty Tree Flag written to President George W. Bush in February a.d. 2008, and to President Donald J. Trump in September a.d. 2025)

Prayer Warrior Washington / Error in Rendering

Poetic, Powerful Prayers in Penmanship of GW Age 20

George Washington, the "father of His country" (where His refers to Jesus, not George) by Divine Providence survived Smallpox contracted in Barbados and so being grateful to God, "conversed" with God by transcribing prayers, he titled "Daily Sacrifice", morning and evening prayers. The prayers were passed down in the Washington family until boxes of Washington Papers were given to the Smithsonian Institution. The bureaucrat at the Smithsonian overlooked these "prayer papers", so sent the box to an auction house. There each page of papers was inventoried, so these prayers were found, and the auction house sent the prayers to a penmanship expert to establish the penmanship was that of young George Washington, in part to greatly increase the auction value. That is how these George Washington Prayers came to enter the public consciousness. Later academic skeptics said the penmanship did NOT match that of known samples of Washington, later in life as General and President, apparently unaware that a person's penmanship changes over time so this compiler had a GW penmanship expert verify these penned prayers match the penmanship of the young George Washington. These prayers read twice daily as did George Washington have the potential to positively change the reader, and thereby positively change America.
